I built a screen time management app that blocks distracting apps and only unlocks them after the user completes real physical exercises. The app uses MediaPipe pose detection to count reps through the camera in real-time, supports 12 exercise types, and integrates Apple's FamilyControls API for app blocking. Includes structured workout sets with screen time rewards, Firebase-powered A/B testing on the paywall, and a full subscription flow.
